Summary

This study analyzed the impact of peer teacher innovation on teacher cooperation using the 2018 TALIS data with a multilevel model. The results showed that peer teacher innovation positively influences teacher cooperation, and factors such as teacher gender, motivation for choosing a teaching profession, and teacher efficacy also significantly affect teacher cooperation. Based on these findings, the study suggests improvements in teacher training and selection processes, as well as the implementation of support policies for teachers’ work environment.
