This study is a preliminary research to develop and verify the effectiveness of a group counseling program based on Schema Therapy and Acceptance-Commitment Therapy for the growth of psychological professional trainees. The application of the program resulted in statistically significant improvements in introspection, clarity of emotional recognition, and emotional stability, with self-acceptance also showing a moderate effect size. This suggests the potential for statistically significant results with further research on a larger sample.
