Summary

This study analyzed the impact of online shopping mall characteristics and user characteristics on purchase intention, and the mediating effect of information privacy through the technology acceptance model. Empirical analysis revealed that product quality, self-efficacy, and individual innovativeness influenced purchase intention, while the mediating effect of information privacy was not significant.
