This study analyzed the impact of obtaining carbon footprint and low-carbon product certification on a company's economic value added (EVA). The analysis revealed that companies with carbon labels had significantly higher EVAs, and an increase in the number of carbon footprint and low-carbon certified products was associated with an increase in EVA. This suggests that efforts to reduce carbon emissions can contribute to improved corporate financial performance.
