Summary

This study systematically reviewed the effectiveness of youth activities by analyzing 66 academic papers published from 2010 to 2020. The analysis revealed that youth activities were categorized into seven areas such as youth circles, exchange programs, and cultural activities, and demonstrated various positive effects including life satisfaction, self-concept, and career identity.
