This study aimed to identify service failure points in the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art Seoul using a visitor journey map and to explore ways to enhance visitor experience. The analysis revealed service failure points in terms of convenience, attractiveness, accessibility, and educational quality, suggesting the need for expanded facilities, attractive content, and online art education programs.
