Summary

This study examines the perceptions of 107 K-12 English teachers in South Korea regarding AI-based instruction, comparing Korean and Non-Korean English teachers. The results indicated that both groups identified a lack of AI knowledge as a main challenge, but Non-Korean English teachers showed more positive perceptions towards using AI than Korean English teachers.
