Summary

This study developed a regression model for marriage satisfaction according to the employment patterns of couples using the KLoWF data. Marriage satisfaction was lower when only the wife was employed, and intimacy with the husband was the most influential factor in marriage satisfaction for most couples. The findings are expected to be utilized in the field of marital counseling for the development of differentiated diagnosis and treatment methods based on age and employment type.
