This study aims to analyze research trends in vocational high school teacher education by analyzing 48 papers published from 2000 to 2020 and to provide basic data for establishing future research directions. The analysis revealed increased research frequency at specific times, more active research on pre-service education than in-service education, and a predominance of studies in the industrial field using quantitative research methods. Research on teacher training, qualification, appointment, in-service education, and educational administration was prominent, and the need for research considering the interconnectedness of these topics was suggested.
