Summary

This study analyzed the effect of service quality of bowling alleys on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention among daily sports bowling clubs. The results showed that there was a difference in repurchase intention according to gender, and the facilities, program, and employees of the bowling alley had a positive effect on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. In particular, employee service quality was found to have the greatest impact on repurchase intention.
