Summary

This study investigated the perceptions and demands of early childhood art education among 234 early childhood teachers in the metropolitan area. The results showed that the perception of early childhood art education differed significantly depending on factors such as education level, career, training experience, and interest in art, and the demands for teacher education participation, content, and support also varied according to background variables.
