Summary
This study compared general and female health-related factors between day-work and shift-work female workers. The results showed significant differences in age, marital status, education level, occupational status, and childbirth experience, but no differences in income, subjective health cognition, or stress perception. Social and national attention and measures, as well as individual efforts, are needed to reduce the side effects of shift work.
