Summary

This study analyzes the structural relationships between the dietary lifestyle, right consciousness, and environmental awareness of major food purchasers to explore ways to promote eco-friendly agricultural product consumption and enhance environmental awareness. The analysis revealed that healthy, traditional, and safe diets positively influenced right consciousness, which significantly impacted environmental awareness. Furthermore, a convenient diet negatively affected environmental awareness, suggesting the importance of supporting online sales of eco-friendly agricultural products and providing environmental education.
