Summary

This study analyzed the effect of esports event experiences on online game brand loyalty and confirmed the mediating effect of customer satisfaction. A survey of League of Legends World Championship audiences revealed that esports event experiences positively influenced customer satisfaction and brand loyalty, with customer satisfaction partially mediating the relationship between them.
