Summary

This study conducted a focus group interview (FGI) to understand the perceptions of students and parents regarding the Teacher Competency Development Evaluation System. The results revealed various opinions on the necessity, outcomes, problems, and improvement plans of the system, presenting a new perspective beyond the teacher-centered discussion and deriving implications for system improvement.
