Summary

This study conducted a meta-analysis to verify the effect size of the competing values model, which has been actively studied in organizational culture research since 2000. The results showed that change culture was the most influential organizational culture factor in Korean organizational research, while clan culture had the greatest effect on organizational commitment, and change culture on organizational citizenship behavior and innovative behavior. This supports the hypothesis that collective culture and change culture contribute more to improving organizational performance than hierarchical organizational culture.
