Summary

This study investigated the mediating effect of intra-organizational communication and learning organizational culture on the relationship between infant teacher leadership and infant-teacher interaction. A survey of 290 infant teachers at daycare centers in Seoul revealed that infant teacher leadership, intra-organizational communication, and learning organizational culture significantly influenced infant-teacher interaction. Furthermore, intra-organizational communication and learning organizational culture partially mediated the relationship between infant teacher leadership and infant-teacher interaction.
