Summary

The laser digital patterning (LDP) process is an alternative to conventional deposition and photolithography, offering a cost-effective electrode fabrication method applicable to various substrates. This review summarizes recent studies on fabricating conductive electrodes using metal oxide nanoparticles (such as ITO, ZnO, CuO, and NiO) via the LDP process and discusses its potential for next-generation transparent conductors, sensors, and electronics.
