Summary

This study comparatively analyzed the effects of clothing and cosmetics consumption value on information source utilization and purchase channel selection among Korean and Chinese consumers. The results of the online survey showed that factors of clothing and cosmetics consumption value significantly influenced information source utilization, and online information sources had a greater impact on the purchase channel than offline sources. Significant differences were also found between Korean and Chinese consumers in terms of consumption value, information source utilization, and purchase channel.
