Summary

This study investigated the impact of innovative organizational culture on organizational commitment and the mediating effects of informal learning effect and job satisfaction. The results showed that innovative organizational culture positively influences job satisfaction, informal learning effect, and organizational commitment, and job satisfaction mediates the relationship between innovative organizational culture and organizational commitment.
