This study aims to diagnose and position overtourism level in Jeju Island by using the WTTC overtourism index and to classify 60 cities. The results show that Jeju Island has a higher overtourism value than the average of 59 cities provided by WTTC and belongs to the top group in terms of inconvenience to local residents and tourists. Jeju Island recorded high scores in tourist density, tourism intensity, negative Trip Advisor reviews, attraction concentration, and historic site prevalence.
