Summary

This study analyzed the mediating effect of basic psychological need satisfaction and the moderating effect of servant leadership on the impact of job insecurity on innovative behavior. The results showed that job insecurity hinders basic psychological need satisfaction, which negatively affects innovative behavior. Servant leadership was found to mitigate the negative impact of job insecurity on basic psychological need satisfaction.
