Summary

This study confirmed that person-organization value congruence has a positive effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction, and controlling organizational culture has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between person-organization value congruence and organizational commitment. These results were obtained through a survey of 194 employees at a four-year university in Hebei, China.
