Summary
This study analyzed the impact of female college students’ dining out consumption patterns on their satisfaction and loyalty towards dessert cafes. A survey of 212 female college students with experience visiting dessert cafes in Seoul and Gyeongsang Province revealed that atmosphere and convenience pursuit tendencies positively influenced dessert cafe satisfaction, while dining enjoyment pursuit had a negative impact. Furthermore, dessert cafe satisfaction significantly affected loyalty.
