Summary

This study aimed to determine the factors influencing the turnover intention of nurses in COVID-19 and general wards at public hospitals in Gyeonggi Province. The results showed that nurses in COVID-19 wards had lower job demand stress but higher turnover intention compared to those in general wards. Ward type, age, job resource stress, and clinical experience in the current ward were found to affect turnover intention.
