Summary

This study examined the factors associated with job satisfaction among participants in the Senior Employment Program and Social Activity Support Project and the differences based on the performing agency. The analysis revealed that age, ERG needs (existent, relational, growth), and individual-environmental fit significantly influenced job satisfaction, while average monthly salary and personal-supervisor fit had varying effects depending on the performing agency. Based on these results, operational plans for each agency and policy implications were presented.
