Summary

This study investigated the impact of teacher learning communities on teachers' perceptions and practices during the implementation of the 4th Standard Childcare Curriculum through action research. The results showed that teachers overcame their initial doubts and fears about play-based education, discovered various elements of learning through play, and shared reflections on teacher-led planning. They also discussed the roles and competencies of teachers for the practical application of the 4th Standard Childcare Curriculum.
