This study explores the experience of self-actualization of a 60-year-old woman in a patriarchal society, analyzing the process of continuing her studies with family support amidst the difficulties of being a woman and being middle-aged. The results showed that despite the frustration of self-realization opportunities and the lack of recognition of desires, she gained pleasure and focused on her life through her studies.
