Summary

This study analyzed the factors influencing satisfaction in face-to-face and non-face-to-face classes. Learner factors (learning motivation and achievement) had the greatest impact on satisfaction in both class formats, while learner engagement was important in face-to-face classes and professor factors in non-face-to-face classes. Differences in satisfaction were also observed based on gender and acquired credits, particularly in non-face-to-face classes.
