증거기반 정책형성제도로서 통계기반 정책관리제도의 문제점과 개선방안
This study analyzes the current status and problems of the evidence-based policy management system for scientific policy establishment and evaluation, and proposes improvement measures. Currently, only the statistics-based policy execution evaluation system is institutionalized, and to develop into evidence-based policy establishment, it is necessary to expand the scope of official statistics, manage the quality of statistics, improve the system, and establish a statistical data governance system. Furthermore, the development of the evidence-based policy management system should be promoted through the overall management of the Prime Minister's Office and the organizational upgrade of the National Statistical Office.
