The goal is to unite young people to create a breakthrough for economic development and to build a youth elite to strengthen Kim Jong-un’s sole system. Young heroes play various roles such as protecting Kim Jong-un, economic construction, and achieving plans, and voluntary participation of young people should be induced through the presentation of a national vision.
