Summary
This study analyzed the social factors influencing the authenticity of suicidal ideation in drug poisoning suicide attempts using data from an emergency department-based suicide attempt management system. The results showed that marital status, unemployment, history of psychiatric illness, number of previous suicide attempts, alcohol consumption, and nighttime suicide attempts were factors influencing the authenticity of suicidal ideation. Additionally, patients with low Glasgow Coma Scale scores, lactate levels, and oxygen saturation were found to be in more severe condition.
