Summary

This study analyzed the impact of early childhood teachers' multicultural attitudes and multicultural teacher training and teaching experiences of young children from multicultural families on their communication skills. The results showed that multicultural teacher training experience had a significant difference in early childhood teachers' communication skills, and teaching experience of young children from multicultural families affected understanding of others' perspectives and listening skills. Based on these findings, it is suggested that fostering self-reflection and critical thinking skills is important in early childhood teacher education.
