Summary

This study analyzed the perception and acceptance of airline passengers towards technology-based self-service (TBSS) after COVID-19. The results showed that changes in passenger perception after COVID-19 had a positive effect on the innovation of TBSS, and the effectiveness and certainty of TBSS positively influenced passenger acceptance intention. Convenience of TBSS, rather than its usefulness, had a greater impact on passengers’ intention to use TBSS.
