Summary

This study analyzed the impact of content recommendation functions of OTT services on user experience, focusing on Netflix. Through surveys and in-depth interviews, it was confirmed that the category composition of the main screen, taste matching rate, and feedback method significantly influence user experience. The study suggests the need for improvements in user experience design by reducing the gap between the recommendation functions provided by the service and user expectations, and considering the user's freedom of choice and autonomy.
