Summary

This study aims to examine the perception and differences of existing market participants regarding the intention to accept domestic cargo transportation platforms, and to analyze the effect of intention on acceptance using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). The analysis revealed no difference in attitude towards the cargo transportation platform among workers in various industries such as transportation, distribution, and manufacturing, and performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence had a positive effect on acceptance intention.
