Summary
This study examined the longitudinal relationships between job satisfaction and life satisfaction among paid workers with physical disabilities using the autoregressive cross-lagged model. The results indicated a reciprocal relationship between job satisfaction and life satisfaction, with prior satisfaction levels significantly and positively predicting subsequent satisfaction levels. This suggests that job satisfaction and life satisfaction are mutually influential rather than unidirectional.
