This study investigated consumer satisfaction with offline fashion stores and their demand for IT strategies based on an omni-channel approach. The results showed a high rate of online channel usage and showrooming behavior. There was a high demand for IT technologies such as integrated on/offline systems, QR codes, and simple payment systems.
