Summary

This study builds two corpora of English abstracts from international and Korean tourism journals to analyze frequent words and keywords, and to identify similarities and differences in the lexical characteristics and research themes of each corpus. Analysis of Tourism Management (TMC) and Journal of Tourism & Leisure Research (TLC) abstracts revealed that TMC uses a more diverse vocabulary than TLC, and keywords differ depending on the research theme.

세포 내 단백질 등 구성물질과 각종 소기관의 분해는 각각의 세포 내 기능과 세포의 생리적 상태에 따라 다이나믹하게 조절된다. 선택적 단백질 분해는 주로 유비퀴틴-프로테아좀 시스템과 오토파지-라이소좀 시스템에 의하여 이루어지는데, 이들 기전의 문제는 암, 대사질환, 면역질환, 퇴행성뇌질환과 같은 다양한 인간 질병의 발병과 진행에 밀접하게 관계되어 있다. 이 강의는 1) 지난 30년 간의 단백질 분해 연구의 핵심적 성과들을 되짚어보고, 2) 분자적 수준 단백질 분해 기전의 최신지견을 이해하고, 3) 이들을 조절하는 방법론을 고찰하고자 한다. 2학기에 연계되는 “세포분해생물학 II-질병” 강좌를 통하여, 관련 분해신호 기작이 다양한 인간질병의 병인으로서 기능하며, 예방과 치료의 타겟으로서의 가능성을 제시하고자 한다.

이 교과목은 대학원생들을 대상으로, 현재 사용되고 있는 최신 암호 알고리즘을 설명한다. 이 과목은 다음과 같이 두 부분으로 구성된다: 첫째, DES, IDEA, RC5, RC6 와 같은 블록 암호 알고리즘들을 각각 키(key) 생성, 암호화, 복호화 하는 과정으로 설명한다. 둘째, 전자 서명에 근거한 다양한 인증 기법을 소개한다. DMDC, MD5, SHA-1, HMAC 와 같은 다양한 해쉬(hash) 함수를 사용하여 문장을 축약하고 인증하는 방식을 제시한다.

<러시아어 논문쓰기 연습 1> 강좌는 러시아어로 대학원 수준의 논문을 쓸 수 있는 능력을 다지는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 학기 전반부에는 가장 먼저, 1) 수준 높은 구문을 구사하기 위한 고급 문법 사항을 필수적으로 점검하고(특히 전치사나 격에서 주의를 요하는 고급 구문 숙달), 2) 논문에서 가장 빈번하게 등장하는 “논문어휘”를 훈련시켜 전체 논문 형식에 익숙해지도록 한다. 이어서 3) 가장 훌륭한 전범으로 꼽히는 러시아어 논문 두 편을 철저하게 분석, 독해하게 함으로써 비판적 사고와 논문 형식의 실제를 경험하게 한다. 이를 기반으로 학기 후반부에는 4) 러시아문학의 대표적 작가 중 푸슈킨과 도스토예프스키에서 주요 테마를 선택하여 실제로 5~6페이지 분량의 논문(4편 정도)을 대학원생 스스로 쓰게 하고 이를 철저하게 점검함으로써 러시아어 논문 쓰기에 자신감을 가질 수 있도록 도와줄 것이다.

이 과목에서 학생들은 여행이라는 행위의 역사적, 문화적 맥락을 이해하고 이를 바탕으로 여행의 윤리에 대해 성찰하고 실천한다. 수업은 여행의 문화적 재현을 비판적으로 검토하는 데서 시작하여, 이를 통해 마련한 이론적 틀을 바탕으로 기존에 존재하는 여행 프로그램을 체험하고 더 나아가 여행의 윤리를 고려한 여행 프로그램을 개발하는 창의적이고 구체적인 조별 프로젝트로 이어진다. 수업에서 다루는 텍스트는 영미권 텍스트를 중심으로 하나 그에 한정되지 않으며, 장르상으로는 픽션과 논픽션, 멀티미디어 텍스트를 포괄한다. 텍스트 분석을 통한 이론적 지식의 습득과 여행 프로그램 체험 및 개발이라는 실천적 프로젝트를 연계함으로써 학생들로 하여금 비판적 사고 능력과 창의적 문제해결력을 함양하게 하고, 더 나아가 여행에 대한 성찰과 실천을 통해 책임감 있는 지역사회 구성원이자 세계시민으로서의 소양을 기르는 것을 목표로 한다.

한국의 문인은 개인적인 기호에 의하여 아름다운 산과 강을 찾기도 하고 역사의 유적지를 방문하고 글을 지었으며, 공무로 인하여 자주 지방으로 출장을 다녔고, 또 정치적인 문제로 오지에 유배되어 있으면서 그 체험을 문학으로 표현하였다. 이와 함께 전통시대에는 중국과 일본에 사신을 다녀온 견문을 기록하였으며 근대로 전환하던 시기에는 러시아, 미국 등으로 여행의 범위가 확대되면서 새로운 세계에 대한 인식을 보여주는 다양한 문학이 나타났다. 이 강의는 첫째, 여행과 관련한 문학작품을 통하여 자연과 문명, 세계에 대한 인식을 이해하는 것, 둘째, 여행이라는 키워드를 통하여 전통시대부터 현대에 이르기까지 한국인의 삶의 방식을 이해하는 것, 셋째, 이를 바탕으로 하여 자신의 국내외 여행 체험을 적절하게 표현하는 방법을 익히게 하는 일 등을 목적으로 한다.
