Summary

This study analyzed the process from burnout to resilience for missionaries working in Asia’s creative access nations using grounded theory. In-depth interviews revealed that missionaries experience burnout, recover through reflection and maturity, and become proactive missionaries with strengthened identities. These findings provide basic data for establishing member care policies to support missionaries.
