Summary

This study qualitatively explored the non-face-to-face learning experience of adult college students due to COVID-19. The results showed satisfaction with time flexibility, conflicts due to the lack of a dedicated learning space, difficulties in utilizing real-time classes and recorded lectures, and changes in rapport with professors and interactions with fellow students. These findings can be used as basic data to prevent dropout and improve the non-face-to-face education environment for adult college students.
