Summary

This study interviewed nine prospective social workers about their field practice experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic, identifying three key themes: multimediaization, communication during the pandemic, and adaptation to the COVID-19 situation. The results showed that participants experienced meaningful growth through problem-solving in the changed environment, providing useful insights for institutions that have not yet implemented field practice education.
