Summary
This study examined the relationships among job stress, burnout, and presenteeism in long-term care workers and investigated the mediating role of burnout in the relationship between job stress and presenteeism. The results showed that job stress positively influenced burnout and presenteeism, and burnout partially mediated the relationship between job stress and presenteeism.
