Summary

This study analyzes trends in domestic youth emotion regulation research from 2011 to 2020 to summarize research performance and suggest future directions. The results showed that the definitions of Thompson (1994) and Gross (1999) were mainly used for emotion regulation, and quantitative research using self-report questionnaires with middle school students was most common. Furthermore, research utilizing emotion regulation as a mediating variable and developing art-based programs were actively conducted.

교육연구는 다양한 세부영역을 포함하고, 이에 따라 다양한 연구방법론이 적용되고 있다. 이 강의의 전제는 연구방법론과 연구자의 인식론이 서로 밀접한 관련을 맺고 있다는 것이다. 연구자의 인식론적 관점에 따라 다른 연구방법론을 채택하기도 하고, 반대로, 채택한 방법론에 따라 교육연구에 대한 연구자의 관점이 달라지기도 한다. 이 강의는 양적연구, 질적연구, 철학적 방법론을 각각 전공한 세 명의 강사가 협업하는 팀티칭으로 진행된다. 이 강의를 통해 학생들은 자신이 의존하고 있는 방법론의 고유한 인식론적 특징을 다른 방법론과의 관계 속에서 이해함으로써 그것의 가능성과 한계를 보다 명확히 이해하게 될 것이다. 이 강의는 교육연구에서 활용되는 연구방법론에 대한 보다 종합적이면서도 균형 잡힌 시각을 길러줄 뿐 아니라, 다른 방법론에 대해 개방적인 태도를 갖게 함으로써 교육연구에 있어서 새로운 방법론적 시도를 가능하게 할 것이다.

생각과 행동의 변화 사범대학 교육학과

교육은 궁극적으로 인간의 변화를 목적으로 한다. 교육에 많은 시간과 재원을 투입하는 이유도 사람이 변화할 것이라는 믿음에서 비롯되나, 바람직한 방향으로의 인간의 변화는 기대하는 것과는 달리 변화가 거의 일어나지 않거나 미미한 경우도 적지 않다. 본 강좌에서는 인간 변화의 2가지 핵심 요소로 ‘생각과 행동’을 설정하고 인간은 왜 변하지 않는지, 특히 성인이 될수록 변화의 난이도가 높아지는 원인을 근원적으로 탐구하고, 생각과 행동 각각의 변화는 어떻게 일어나며, 생각의 변화가 행동의 변화로 이어지지 않는 이유를 포함한 생각과 행동 변화의 관계는 무엇이고, 생각의 변화를 행동의 변화로 자동화시키는 원리는 무엇이며, 반대로 행동의 변화를 통해 생각의 변화를 일으키는 원리는 무엇인지 탐구하고자 한다. 학생들은 인간의 변화의 필요성과 난이도, 변화에 저항하는 이유, 인지적, 정서적, 환경적 요인을 포함한 복합적 변화의 원리를 탐구하고. 변화를 위한 실천전략으로 습관 형성, 목표설정, 동기, 자기혁신, 피드백 시스템 등의 주제를 심화 학습하며, 성공적인 변화 사례연구 프로젝트를 통해 학습한 내용의 응용과 새로운 원리를 탐색하는 기회를 얻게 될 것이다.
