Summary

This study analyzed the impact of a company's service climate on customers' positive emotions (pleasure, enjoyment, happiness) and how these emotions affect customer satisfaction. The results showed that service climate induces positive customer emotions, which contributes to increased customer satisfaction. In particular, happiness showed the greatest mediating effect on the impact of service climate on customer satisfaction.
