Summary

This study analyzed the impact of online lecture system characteristics on lecture satisfaction during the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on the moderating effect of ICT utilization ability. The results showed that online lecture system characteristics significantly influenced lecture satisfaction, and ICT utilization ability moderated this relationship.
