Summary

This study analyzed the relationships among emotional labor (deep/surface acting), teacher efficacy, and organizational commitment of childcare teachers, and examined differences based on career length. The results showed that deep acting positively influenced organizational commitment, and teacher efficacy mediated the relationship between emotional labor and organizational commitment. Notably, teachers with 5 or more years of experience showed a greater impact of deep acting and teacher efficacy on organizational commitment.
