Summary

This study aimed to determine the relationship between English communication ability and job satisfaction of dental hygienists involved in providing dental health services to foreigners and to analyze factors related to job satisfaction. The results showed that the job satisfaction of dental hygienists was 2.99 out of 5 points, and English communication ability and experience in foreign medical assistance significantly influenced job satisfaction.
