Summary

This study empirically investigated the consumption value and purchasing behavior of Eco-friendly food purchasing customers according to their level of involvement. The high-involvement group valued social and experiential values more than the low-involvement group, and tended to purchase Eco-friendly food 2-3 times per week. The findings can contribute to Eco-friendly food consumer behavior research and the establishment of effective marketing strategies.
