Summary

This study compared the changes in transfer motivation and learning self-efficacy before and after applying virtual nursing simulation to psychiatric nursing practice for nursing students, and analyzed the correlation between variables including practice satisfaction. The results showed that transfer motivation significantly increased after applying virtual nursing simulation, and transfer motivation, learning self-efficacy, and practice satisfaction were statistically significantly correlated.
